What ships in the tube.

Material

24T, 96 g, packs to 52 cm.

Not a flagship. A four-piece travel blank and a 2000 reel at US$190 — hotel pond, stream, a bag that already has clothes in it.

In the kit

Four pieces, lure tin, cloth sleeve.

100 m PE 0.8, six small lures. Enough for a weekend. Do not expect OceanMaster’s lock tube.

Reel

2000 compact, light crank.

Matched to 2–10 g lures. Fine for a pond. Not for a pier sinker. Wipe, don’t dunk.

Size

1.8 m / 4-piece. Packed 52 cm. L–ML.

Lure 2–10 g. Four ferrules: seat in order. This is why it travels in a cabin bag and why it is not US$1000.

Use & after-sales

Cabin bag. Not hold luggage.

Cloth sleeve crush in a suitcase is on the traveller. Courier crush of the 52 cm pack: photograph, we replace. Lures rust if you leave them wet.

How to use & care

Four ferrules: seat them in order, dry. Grit in a joint is the usual failure — rinse if you fish a silt stream.
Cloth sleeve is not a hard tube. Do not check it as hold luggage.
Lure tin: dry hooks or they rust in a weekend.

After-sales

This is a US$190 travel kit, not a US$1000 blank. Warranty covers courier crush of a packed 52 cm sleeve and manufacturing ferrule split.
Lures and braid are consumables.
