If the tube is unopened, write within 7 days of delivery. We arrange return freight and refund goods after inspection.
TRANSIT
Bent blank / crushed tube
Photograph the outer carton, the tube and the damaged part. Do not throw the packing. We replace the kit or the broken piece.
WRONG KIT
SKU mismatch
If the kit is not the one in the quote, we swap at our cost. Custom wrap or a blank built to a drawing is not returnable unless we built it wrong.
NO RETURN
Used on the water
A rod that has been fished, a reel with salt in the drag, missing line or lures. Returns after 14 days unless agreed in the original thread.
