Lookbook, not a cart
Site prices are indicative in US dollars. They do not include freight, insurance, duties or taxes unless the quote says so. A specification on this site is a starting point, not a contract.
The quote is the offer
The offer is the WhatsApp quote: SKU, length / power, quantity, packing, lead time, Incoterm, freight. The buyer accepts by confirming that quote in the same thread and paying as written. An unconfirmed chat is not an order.
Payment
We do not take cards on this site. Payment follows the quote. The kit is not packed until funds clear. Bank fees on the buyer’s side stay with the buyer.
Title and risk
Title passes on full payment. Risk passes when the tube or case is handed to the carrier named in the quote, unless another Incoterm is written there. After hand-over, crush, delay or loss in transit is for the carrier and the cover in the quote — not a second kit at our cost unless that cover says so.
Lead time
Lead time starts after payment. Custom wrap or a blank built to a drawing starts after we confirm artwork in writing. The packing list in the thread is what should be in the tube.
Inspect on arrival
Photograph the carton, the tube and the blank before you discard packing. Bent tips, crushed tubes, or a SKU that is not the quote must be sent on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days we may still talk, but replacement is not owed.
Returns
The returns protocol applies. Unopened, unused kits: 7 days. A rod that has been fished, a reel with salt in the drag, missing line or lures: no return. Change-of-mind freight is the buyer’s unless the quote says we pay it.
Limits
The bench is not liable for destination duties, carrier delay after hand-over, salt wear from a wet sleeve, ferrules seated dirty, or lost fishing days. Liability for a shipment is capped at the goods value on that quote.
Law
These terms follow the law of the People’s Republic of China. Raise a dispute in the original WhatsApp thread first. If it does not close, the courts at the operator’s place of business have jurisdiction.
